P.O.P.P on the 7 C’s

P.O.P.P. on the 7C’s will teach you how to master the seas of your emotions to create smoother sailing ahead. This program is for anyone who finds themselves stuck in repeating patterns. These could be feelings of lack, low self worth, being stuck in a rut, or any other feelings of dissatisfaction.

In this 7 week Journey, we will dive deep into each one of the 7 main Energy Centres (also known as Chakras) starting with the Root and ending with the Crown. You will be given tools and exercises to practice and put to use for each week, before moving onto the next one.

A support group will be available to you for extra support and guidance during each week. This will be set up in WhatsApp so anyone from any part of the world, who take this Journey, will be able to access.

By the end of the Journey, you will have uncovered unconscious programming/patterns and effectively moved through and transformed those energies with greater awareness and a profound sence of accomplishment, feeling realingned and liberated!

Upon registration, you will receive 7 emails, each complete with the prerecorded 2hr videos of each Chakra’s teachings plus pics of the slides used for easier referencing and links to additional videos and music.
