Creating Sacred Space to Connect with Source / Great Spirit
* Set up an Altar in any space indoors or outdoor. Use items that represent each of the 4 elements and directions. Examples are: A Crystal or Plant for Earth/North, Incense or a Wand/Knife for Air/East, a lit Candle for Fire/South, and a small container of Water/West. Add any other items of personal sacred value that you feel called to.
* Get comfortable and centred using your preferred method of meditation, visualization, breathing technique etc. Spend at least 5 min to get into that internal Sacred Space. Make sure you are grounded in your body and with the Earth, while connecting to Great Spirit within.
* When connecting with Spirit, it’s important to set Clear Intentions of who and what you are Connecting with and why. Example: I am open to connect with the highest Light Aspect of Great Spirit to assist with bringing in Clarity of my Life’s Purpose, or Healing Energy for Myself and All Life including our Mother Earth, or simply asking for Energy in the form of Confidence, Compassion Forgiveness etc…. Ask and you shall receive!
Keeping track of your journey also helps increase your Self Confidence by being able to see the evidence unfold, as you continue to expand and develop this Connection. Faith in Your Self as well as in Great Spirit is what makes this relationship so Magical.
As you progress you will continue to expand and unlock more of your extra sensory abilities which will continue to assist you in great ways and on many different levels.
Always be sure to Honour and Respect Great Spirit and Mother Nature. Keep yourself grounded and centred within your physical body and in connection with the Earth. Meditate everyday (whatever works for you, in Nature as much as possible). Trust the sensations you receive in your body when your are inquiring anything.
We are transmitters and receivers of energy and when we “listen” to how we feel and what we hear, we can interpret a correct answer and clear guidance. By balancing and managing your energy field, your connection to Source/Great Spirit becomes more and more clear, which also unlocks more of our innate metaphysical abilities.
